I am Doug Halsell, Nationals Track and Field Coach for FEAST Homeschool Track team in San Antonio Texas. Craig Speck has helped our group obtain transportation, both vans and charter buses, the last two years on trips from San Antonio Texas to Springfield Missouri and back. Craig is customer focused, honest, patient and fair. He helped me get the best value possible for our trip the last two years and his support was a major factor in the great trip our team had both years. This year, 2013, was my first experience renting a charter bus and he walked me through the whole process. From creating the itinerary, obtaining quotes, providing advice on driver etiquette, and a host of other issues, Craig was there in my corner helping me all the way. As a result, the transportation was smooth, and facilitated a great two day Track and Field competition for our entire team. Our team thinks I am a pro at renting vans and busses, and transportation in general, but the real hero is Craig Speck! He worked with me during the whole process and was patient to answer all our questions. He even set up a conference call with the bus company to do a final review of the itinerary, pick-up time/locations, driver swap out points, tip etiquette, and other questions that first time charter bus renters would have.
